/ April 10, 2014I’m so glad you enjoyed it, Amy. Country life is wonderful, so beautiful, and so peaceful. But it’s not a simple life, by any means. However, the trade-off is so worth it. All the hard work that takes place around here, and then you sit back and just take all the beauty in. I grew up in the big city, then spent many of my adult years in a smaller country town, and now moved completely away from it all. (What’s happened to me??) I just grew to love what I call “space and solitude”. And that’s the way it is here. I never, ever tire of it. We have to drive a distance to everything but we consolidate the travel and find we have plenty around here to keep us happy—campfires, fields flooded with full moonlight, gorgeous uncluttered sunrises, quiet, quiet, quiet. This city girl has definitely turned country! 🙂 Thanks for your visit and comments.
